Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Niranya fashions, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at +919047534735.

2. Return & Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Replacement will be delivered within 5-7 days.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original method of payment (via PhonePe/Bank Transfer).

Please note that it typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
